The “Roaring Twenties” are upon us once again. The Sidecar is a classic from the 1920s, and kicks off the list as the favourite cocktail of Angola. 

With Cognac at the core, this cocktail is a good place to start for many, and mixes cognac with lemon and triple sec. A tart, refreshing tipple for many!

The names Martini, Vodka Martini… Most synonymous with the James Bond franchise, the Vodka Martini peaked in popularity in 2017. The cocktail is one of the easiest to make, only needing 2 ingredients and therefore making it great for beginners.
