
A Taste of Tropical
Ingredients:
- 25ml White Rum
- 25ml Dark Rum
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 50ml Pineapple Puree or Juice
- 50ml Orange Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Almond Syrup (optional)
- 100ml White Rum
- 100ml Dark Rum
- 80ml Lime Juice
- 200ml Pineapple Juice
- 200ml Orange Juice
- 40ml Sugar Syrup
- 40ml Grenadine (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix the white rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and almond syrup in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.
- Strain into an ice filled tiki glass (or just your favourite cocktail glass) and pour over pineapple and orange juice.
- Float the dark rum on the top.
