The acidity of our Beetroot shrub adds an earthy, savoury note that pairs perfectly with the Rye whiskey, providing the perfect alternative to bitters in a cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 50m Rye Whiskey
  • 25ml Pure Pour Lemon
  • 40ml Funkin Beetroot Shrub Syrup

Preparation:

Add the ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice and shake. 

Serve:

Serve over cubed ice and garnish with a wedge of Lemon and a Blackberry.
