Chilli Beet Negroni

Combining our Beetroot Shrub with Arbikie's Fiery Chilli Vodka is inspired (even if we do say so ourselves), the chilli from the vodka cuts through the vinegar in the shrub to give a nice smoked, earthy flavour and the addition of Bitter Truth's Chocolate Bitters rounds it off perfectly. If you are a negroni fan... this is the twist for you.

Ingredients:

  • 15ml Funkin Beetroot Shrub
  • 25ml Arbikie Chilli Vodka
  • 25ml Cocchi De Torino
  • 10ml Campari
  • 2 Dash Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters

Preparation:

Stir down all ingredients and strain over ice in a rocks glass.

Serve:

Garnish with 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate cube
