Due to unprecedented demand and to ensure the safety of our warehouse staff, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

In light of the current situation, we will not be taking calls right now and our landlines will not be covered. If you would like to get in touch, please contact for all web sale queries and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.





In order to maintain a great service and guarantee the safety of our warehouse staff, we have updated our delivery service as follows: 

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) for orders below £25.00: £4.99
  • Standing Delivery (3-5 working days) for orders over £25.00: £3.50
  • Belfast/Scottish Highlands/Islands: £7.99
Please note all deliveries are only made Monday-Friday.


Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or above.

Unfortunately we do not ship to areas outside of the UK.


If you/selected recipient, is not at home to accept delivery, our couriers will try deliver twice, leave the order with your neighbour/s or ask you to collect from the courier depot (cards will be left to acknowledge and instruct in any of these cases). 
Please note that large orders are shipped in multiple boxes, so please be aware of how many boxes you are signing for before accepting the delivery.


Please note, all Funkin products are delivered to you with a maximum of 12 months unopened (ambient) shelf life (excludes Shaker Pack - 9 months). Once opened our products must be stored appropriately and used within the correct times:

  • Cocktail Mixers -  once opened, 10 days refridgerated
  • Puree - once opened, 8 days refridgerated 
  • Syrups - once opened, 2 months stored in a cool dry place
  • Shaker Pack - once opened consume within 24 hours

 Please always ensure you check the expiry date and use accordingly.


When processing your order please supply the mobile number of the recipient so you can best track your order. This will help the courier to find you should you not be in or in the case of remote and hard to find addresses.Please also add any delivery requirements/requests in the relevant section when processing your order.


On the very rare occasions a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will happily offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the items in question. We must be notified of such within 3 working days and the goods returned within a further 7 days. We may require further information from you regarding where the goods may be collected from, if different from the original delivery address, and they may be picked up from a particular, agreed place. For example, you may leave the goods in a porch or with a neighbour for collection. Claims and details for these are required by post or email.
