
Zombie Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 12.5ml Overproof Rum
- 25ml Golden Rum
- 25ml Dark Rum
- 25ml Pineapple Puree
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Passion fruit Puree
- 25ml Grenadine
- 5ml Apricot Liqueur
- Place golden rum, dark rum, pineapple puree, lemon puree, passionfruit puree, grenadine and apricot liqueur in a Boston shaker with plenty of ice
- Shake until ice cold
- Pour into a a tall tumbler (or a tiki glass if you have one to hand)
- Finish by pouring over the overproof rum
- Set fire to the top of the cocktail for a dramatic flair (optional)
