TOM COLLINS RECIPE
As with most cocktails, the history of the ‘Tom Collins’ is hotly debated. Did it start in New York with the great “Tom Collins Hoax of 1874” or does its origins, in fact, lie in London. One thing we know for sure it’s one of the most classic and refreshing gin cocktails out there.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Gin
- 20ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lemon
- 20ml Funkin Cocktails Sugar Cane Syrup
- 120ml Soda Water
PREPARATION:
- Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a glass and stir (for extra authenticity use a Collins glass)
- Add plenty of ice and top up with soda water
- Strain into a highball glass
Serve with a slice of lemon
