PAVLOVA FIZZ COCKTAIL RECIPE
Strawberries, white chocolate, and gin...we don’t know about you, but these are definitely a few of our favourite things. So, it’s no surprise that when you mix these flavours together something truly magical is created - and by magical we mean a cocktail that tastes just like a fruity, sweet, and meringue-y pavlova.
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml White Chocolate Liqueur
- 25ml Pink Gin
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Strawberry Puree
- 25ml Oleo Saccharum
PREPARATION:
- Pour all ingredients into a boston shaker with lots of ice
- Shake until ice cold
- Strain into a wine glass
Garnish with pineapple leaves and dehydrated citrus.
