Kelapa Swizzle

Kelapa is the Indonesian for Coconut which is a nod to where our coconuts are sourced, and combining our coconut puree with Bitter Truths Golden Falernum Liqueur gives a creamy, tropical, tiki flavour and a nice twist on a classic Pina Colada serve for those summer nights that are soon to be upon us!

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Funkin Coconut Puree
  • 25ml Funkin Pineapple Puree
  • 20ml Bitter Truth Gold Falernum Syrup
  • 35ml Coconut Rum
  • 10ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime
  • 10ml Funkin Ginger Syrup

Preparation:

Build in a glass filled with crushed ice, use a swizzle stick or bar spoon and top with more crushed ice.

Serve:

Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaves
