
Easter Robin Island Spritz Easter Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 35ml Blue Curacao
- 15ml Gin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Oleo Saccharum
- 50ml Dry Sparkling Wine (or Prosecco/Champagne)
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Pour in the gin, blue curacao, oleo saccharum and lime juice
- Fill with your favourite sparkling wine
