Is it a cocktail? Is it a milkshake? We think it might be a little bit of both. Either way, it’s definitely delicious! A popular drink in the Caribbean, the Dirty Banana cocktail combines rum and coffee liqueur with banana puree and milk. This may not be your everyday serve, but who can resist a grown-up banana milkshake when the temperature rises? Not us!
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml White rum
- 25ml Coffee liqueur
- 50ml Funkin Cocktails Banana puree
- 25ml Single cream
- 25ml Milk
PREPARATION
- Place a handful of ice into a blender
- Pour over rum, coffee liqueur, banana puree, cream and milk, and blitz.
Serve in a hurricane glass. Maraschino cherries add a nice hint of colour to this cocktail.
