Important changes to our Loyalty Scheme

From 15th November we are making some important updates to our trade loyalty scheme and want to let you know about the range of changes that are happening.

What's changing?

Updated T&C’s: We have updated our T&C’s ( Please check how these could affect you.

Scheme Eligibility: Unfortunately, our national account customers are no longer eligible to partake in our scheme moving forward. We will be working with your head office contacts to find suitable opportunities to engage and reward you.  If your account is affected, we will notify you directly after the 15th November 2018.

Vouchers in PRO packs: expiry dates with be added to all vouchers. Once past their expiry date, they will not be able to be redeemed. All previous vouchers will need to be redeemed and used prior to 15th November 2018

Outlet details: Your account must be up to date with your place of work (e.g. Bar/Pub name and address). We will audit accounts to ensure they meet the correct criteria moving forward. If your account is not up to date, then it could lead to it being revoked.

Store Items: Items on the scheme will be changing. We will be introducing an amended range of barware, tools and supporting. We will be removing the spirits products, however, may from time to time we be in a position to offer similar products on an adhoc basis.

Postage: We will be charging for delivery on loyalty items. 


Our changes to the scheme are intended to reward our customers who choose to use our range of products. But in addition to this we want to provide helpful tools, support and guidance. These will include:

Rewards: You’ll be able to redeem your points on an improved range of bar items and equipment, products from the Funkin range and take part in promotions and giveaways running through the year.

Exclusives: You'll be among the first to sample our new products as they are launched, so you can be the first to try and taste them. We’ll also want you to ‘have your say’ and let us know your thoughts.

Industry insights: We’ll be bringing you new news, wrap ups from industry/trade shows and engagement events, insights from industry leading reports and recommendations.

Next steps

On the 15th November 2018 we will be switching over to our new Loyalty scheme. There are a few key steps that you will need to follow ahead of this date to ensure you're all set up and ready benefit:

1. Please check our updates scheme terms and conditions and how these affect you. You can find them here 

We've made a number of key changes to eligibility, these may affect your account, so be sure to check.

2. Be sure to redeem all your existing printed loyalty voucher codes (found in our cases of Puree). 

All existing printed vouchers will become invalid from this date as we move over to our new scheme. All points on your account will remain.

3. If you work for a national account such as: Turtle Bay, All Bar One etc. You will need to utilise your points by 15th November. 

From the 15th November you will be moving to a new rewards programme for national accounts and as a result uneligible for our Trade Loyalty Scheme (and as a result your points will be lost)... but don't worry, we've got exciting plans in the pipeline for you.

4. Make sure your account is up to date with your correct details (including where appropriate business details).

After the 15th November; accounts that do not have up to date or correct information are no longer eligible for our scheme  and will be notified directly before removal.
